Pulsentone offers two types of plans: monthly and annual. Here’s what you need to know about canceling each:

Our 30-day plan renews automatically. If you decide to cancel, the service will continue for the remainder of the current 30-day period. No cancellations are allowed mid-plan, and payments will be automatically deducted.

2. Annual Plan

The annual plan also renews automatically. If you want to cancel, you must inform us at least 30 days before the plan expires. This gives us enough time to process your cancellation and make necessary adjustments.
